Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings!

A GREAT recipe Lori gave me... so simple... soooooo good!
Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
4 chicken breast halves. (I cut them into pieces)
2 TBSP butter
2 cans cream of chicken
(if you don't like it so sweet use one can cream of chicken and one can cream of celery)
1 onion diced
2 (10oz) pkgs refrigerated biscuits, torn into pieces
Place chicken, butter, cream of chicken, and onion into slow cooker. Fill with enough water to cover chicken. Cover and cook on HIGH 5-6 hours. 30 minutes before serving place pieces of uncooked biscuits in crock pot. Cook until not doughy in middle (about 30 minutes). Serve with veggies or just mix them in. (I also added a little flour to thicken, but that's just my taste) SOOO good and Easy too!
